Quite basicly (as far as I've gotten into the series), the Drow (and every other race) have been cut off from dear old Lolth. Slaves revolt, drow are dying (Extinction is the name of the book so I'll let you assume what that suggests), sooooooooo, the Baenrie's send out a group of drow (b/c they care so much for their friends and all) to figure out what in the nine hells is going on. But of course that's only from the first 2 books and alotta people here can explain it better then me

Can someone tell who is the author of these books, they seem more interesting than some of Salvatore's books since i'm more interested in drow only books.
