Help! Brought mendas the sea charts and he said he'd be back with the boat soon and to meet him at the docks. I've waited 12 days and he still hasn't come????? What am I missing here?

You have to go up to the 'harbour' north-west of his house. He'll come to talk to you and a cutscene will start...

I walked the entire shoreline and the piers as well. Nothing happened. Any other suggestions.
