Might contain spoilers if you haven't seen episodes IV, V and VI yet.

How come Jedi's like Yoda, Obi Wan and Annakin skywalker turn into some kind of spirits when they die while the other jedi's just die the normal way??? Is it because they are more powerfull? Or perhaps because they still have a role to play in the fate of the universe?

As far as I know, Jedis do die like that, but then they didn't emphasize on the other Jedis and how they died.. or did they show other Jedis who died normally?

I read somewere... (don't rememeber were) that only "great jedis" can disappear and and it takes lots of training in the force...

Hmm...one of those inconsistencies in the Star Wars universe (IMHO). First it is the disappearing corpes then it is the mediclorians(?) thing. I don't recall Yoda or Obiwan talking about those stinking mediclorians(?) in episode 4, 5 and 6. Bummer.

And how on earth did the mediclorians(?) impregnate Anakin's mother in the first place?

AFAIK, the people who were killed when their plains where shot down in Episodes 4,5, and 6 were not Jedi. In Episode 4, there are only 2 Jedi- Obi Wan and Darth Vader. In Episode 5, we add Yoda to the list. In Episode 6, Luke is now a full Jedi so we add him. Anakin dies, and becomes a spirit. So; the three Jedi that died through these episodes (Namely Yoda, Obi Wan, and Vader) became spirits. I haven`t seen Episode 2 yet, so i`m not sure if QuiGon becomes a spirit; if he doesn`t there`s probably still a way to explain it.

Nope, no mention of Mediclorines in Ep 4, 5, or 6... but they didn`t say that the force can be mastered by anyone who wants to. Why didn`t they measure them ?? Well, maybe a Jedi of that power can just sense them.
As for how they impregnated Anakin`s mother- they didn`t. We were told something about the father in Ep 1; I can`t remember exactly what. I *think* it was something along the lines of he died shortly after Anakin was born, but don`t quote me on that.

I've heard rumors the spirit thing is going to be addressed in episode 3, one of the possible conclusions I've come to was that Qui-Gon was a clone himself, and that as such his essence was diruptive to the force (one reason why the clones were grown so slowly as opposed to a few months, the disruption in the force caused by it made early clones go insane) and kept him from merging completely, it could also have to do with the level of ones mastery of the force, to merge with it and become one with the force a jedi would need to be focused on the force at the moment of his death, which with Qui-Gon in combat against a powerful Sith lord, he wouldn't have been likely to attain that inner peace, where Obi-wan in episode 4 had spent years in isolation, attuning himself to the force, as had Yoda.

Could be possible. I don't know if anyone recalled Obi's death, but he looked at Luke, smilled, and then allowed himself to be cut down by Vader!

Anakin has no father. Qui-Gon asks Shmi who the father was and she says and I qoute "There was no father. I carried him, I gave birth to him, I raised him. I can't explain it."
