If you read the other post about who my favorite authors are you'd know I read just about anything.
Tolkien is the best followed by Tom Clancy and Clive Cussler. ------------------ Sir Taliesin If they take my gun can I still use my Claymore? |

Tolkien is defined as the best most creative writer of all time, paving the path for many other great writers to follow in his footsteps. Some of my favs that have carried on his great work are R.E.Feist and Elizabeth Moon.

I think this has a lot to do with what genre is being discussed; after all, could you really see Tolkien successfully writing hard-boiled detective fiction?
![]() If I had to choose, my favorite would be Roger Zelazny. |

The best writer for me is Patricia Kennealy-Morrison and her Keltiad Novels which there are 8. If you want to find out the titles look for my post and the subject.

Tolkein is certainly up there, but for me I would have to say Weis and Hickman. Just something about their style.... I can't get enough of their books.
