I must admit i am tired of Drizzt..... *sob*. And although i found R. Salvatores attempt to continue writing the genre outside D&D quite amusing, I think it's about time for the end of Drizzt. Come back to him in a few hundred years, he's an elf they can live that long.

I'm not necessarily tired of the venerable Do'Urden, but I think a series based on Jarlaxle would be cool. That way, it wouldn't always be goody-two-shoes all the time. A greedy, self-serving, clever, dangerous "hero" would be fun.

Can an elf get a break anywhere these days?
