I just killed Angelo in the Flaming Fist building for 10000 exp. My god that's funny. I'm sure it was a bug, but I couldn't resist.

Yes that is him. So I take it he is still there in the final battle? He just couldn't resist you getting away that easy so he decided he would come and take another pop at you, right?
