I don't think it's a spoiler if I say there are at least two sets of Durnan's Boots.

Only problem is you have to be able to get around level 12 of Undermountain if you want them.

Yeah they are both on Level 12, both guarded by a Dragon Assassin.

Though one set is guarded by a heap of them.

Forget the beholders, worry about the assassins. The beholders are NOTHING compared to the assassins... and the beholders are SCARY. The Maidens and the Clerics are hard, the Warriors are frightening, the Rangers are just -Aggravating-, but those assassins... they make me wanna cry.
