Ermmm, well i finally entered Undermountain and my first immpression was...well...wow, this place is amazing, there are people everywhere, a cool half-orc with cool glowing green swords, a floating skull and a frikkin cat that keeps attacking me Yes its choc the siamese cat

So, and tips for a first time player? I have a rogue in there and whenever I go down the well, it seems I am attacked by "someone" this thing is invisible and I dont know what im fighting and I seem to be severley underpowered.. I assume there arent any hechmen, so can someone give me some tips?

Before it goes, there is Cookie, usually right by Durnan's counter.

Moved

Now as for some help I would recommend checking out the following areas before heading down the well.

1. Durnans basement - if you can clear out the basement of the Drow then Durnan will give you a reward.
2. Pick up cookie the kobold henchman.
3. The tradeway (head outside to waterdeep then out the gate to tradeway DO NOT enter Trollbark)
4. For some XP if you are the nice sort try giving a poor girl some money in Durnans Inn
5. If you can find some Catnip Choc will give you some nice XP.

Hope this helps!

No way!! You attacked Choc?!

I've been plucking up the courage to 'see what would happen' for the last year and never did! You don't get struck down by lightning? Choc isn't a 40th level warrior cat in disguise? Maybe the invisible person was Ziroc having some fun with your character in revenge

Yeah if you attack Choc Z will beat down on you and ban you from the mod and ban you from the forums....nah just kidding... or am I?

Can't remember anything invisible attacking on level 1. Unless you got hit by a wounding weapon some where or you keep stepping on traps
