OK ready for a good laugh gang?
as you may have red in my past post I was unable to bash the Iron gate in the sewer short cut to Shull Port. Once again I could not break down that *$#@<> Gate after 15 min of trying. Then I clicked on the open Icon and the gate swung open I fell on the floor laughing so hard I just gouldn't believe it could be that easy.  anyway I got into skull Port and went into Muriel Gauntlet. I battled the ruby Golum for 20 min or was it 40? died 6 times battles 5 oyher Ice and Fire golum Giants and beat them, then Fought Muriel the Drider Lich Apperation WHAT A PAIN in-the-BUTT she was!!! when I left the gauntlet I was loaded with treasure and 7,000,000 gold pieces richer, The Gauntlet is wild and a real PC Killer and I love it. I can hardle wait for it to be all complete.........!

So you bashed the first two gates then tried to bash the third gate and all you had to do was open it LOL
Man I ahve to get my weimic into the gauntlet. Was there some good loot there ?

My lvl 40 had little trouble in the gauntlet, other than where it came to hurting Muriel's chosen harder than they can regenerate. It's possible, but a large group of those takes ages to overcome for the cleric (next time I'll bring more mass heal spells).
There's decent loot in there. Nothing to make my character change her current equipment, but take a lower level there and IF he walks out alive, and it's not after just ten seconds, they'll have their arms full of treasure and a grin from ear to ear. |
