Recently rediscovered and dusted off the BG I box and installed it on my PC which is now running W2k. Everytime, and I mean everytime I start a game the PC blue screens and restarts after 5mins. Not even gameplay start the game go away and it will blue screen. Can anyone shed some light as I really want to get back into playing again.

Is it just for BG1 or other games as well?

Is your game fully patched and have you put in any no-cd cracks ?

have just installed BG II and the same thing is happening, game and pc fully patched thought it might have been something to do with my firewall/AV software but the same thing happens with them diabled!!
