Well, I can sorta survive most of level 10 now with my half-orc. He dies frequently, but it is managable. The only gripe I have is at the end, where the town is. There are soooo many lizardrealm people there, that the lag takes a toll on the server and the fighting takes forever due to the sheer number of enemy and their high stats.

Then there is level 11. When I start getting into the real battles, I am assaulted by so many arrows that after I die, the numbers are still marking off hit counts from my dead avatar almost a minute after I have died! I am being hit so many time, the server cannot keep up in real time with how many shots have hit! It is crazy! Thier HP and defences are fine, but thier rate of fire and the DISTANCE can really piss you off! I mean, I have travelled the pathway of a line of arrows before, dying with each third step, and found my assailants to be miles away! Level 11 is not for any soloist.

If you can solo level 11, you have an illegal PC. My Half-Orc with extremely high stats cannot last three steps there.

Can anyone guess at their stats?

I can't guess thier stats, but I wish my arcane archer could shoot that many times a round at 20th lvl. As posted on another thread, you can clear lvl 11, you just have to be ready to respawn, and in my case today, often. I finally adopted the just run into the face of death and whack em philosophy, which is ok, after you kill a couple of them, and i too watched the numbers roll, off my corpse, and saw something else interesting as well. I died so fast one time that my attacks didn't even show up, until i was waiting for the server to catch up. It was nice to know that i took one or two of them with me.

Sounds cool! I'll have to check Level 11 out then.

I have decided that level 10 is not a place for pure magic users to be. Not soloing, anyway. No matter how high my ability scores are and how unbeatable I tried to make my guy, I was whipped a dozen times by the first creatures to say hello to me on Level 10, before I decided to give up.

I love level 10 and 11. Finally, I have a place to go for sport and I cannot be over-powerful to make it not fun. There is almost nothing I can build within the Toolset limits that will allow me to even have the satisfaction of a single kill without first dying myself.

Level 10 and 11 are for party-oriented folks.

So let me ask...has ANYONE found a way to create a character for just surviving chapter 10 and 11 that I have not been able to discover for myself? What attributes work?
