Online problem update

Ziroc,

There appears to be a problem with tag showing the EfU status. The thread showing the status doesn't jive with the dll status of the EfU server. (Or at least it isn't on my machine). Is this normal or is something wacky?

I noticed the same thing twice. On the top of this page where it states "IRONWORKS NWN's SERVER STATUS" when you click on it, some times it states that the server in off line when it is on-line and twice it stated on-line when it is off. This has happen twice since saterday afternoon and once it happened on july 4th while it was off line.
until I saw this post I thought I was mistaken but it happened a few minutes ago. It said it was on line and when I tried it, the link was off-line?

Ok so I am NOT going nuts after all!! LOL

I have been trying all night and despite the fact that the sticky says ONLINE the dll status definitely shows it offline / and a connection attempt fails.

Since I have SoU and that should be compatible with EITHER NWN 1.30 or SoU, it can't make any difference what version Z is using.

Thanks for the heads up that I am NOT alone with this problem. [img]smile.gif[/img]

BTW, it appears that it is only the sticky in THIS forum that might be broken. The sticky in the Neverwinter Nights forum appears to accurately reflect the status of the EfU server. [img]smile.gif[/img]

LOL! Jeez! The wacky world of CGI!

I think it had something to do with my dupe IP. I added 2 IP's to one nic card by accident. Let me know if that happens again.

I'll have the EfU server up tomorrow night, I'm working on getting more levels and items added.

Z,

Tried last night (thursday) and had no luck again. Is the server going to be up at all this weekend? For some reason, I just can NOT connect.

The flags are now BOTH showing that the server is online now (4:48 CST on Friday) but the dll status is still showing it offline.

I have been using this IP to try to connect:

24.173.154.114:5121 (tried it with and without the port #).
