I realize that Escape from Undermountain is not complete yet but, is there any of way of knowing in advance when the Module is going to be on-line so, that we can plan a time to adventure and explore in groups.
I finaly got to play last night as a solo Knight and it was great! I am hooked on the game. I played last night for 4 hours and it is like a drug. I need more!!
I want to play with a troop of non hackers that really enjoy a clean RPG that would like to fight through together on a Friday or Saterday night from 8:00 P.M. to maybe 2:00 A.M. Alantic time.
This friday I start my Vacation for ten days but, I'm just staying home this year to relax and play PC games and work around my house.
Is there any chance the Undermountain MOD will be on line this friday and saterday? If so are there 5 others that would like to go through the MOD with me as A team of equals or I'll be happy to go along as A follower?
Larry if you read this I would like it if you lead the team. You seam to know alot more about this MOD than anyone else and If Ziroc wanted to through in some extra surprises during the game that would be even better.

That would be great! Sure, it'll be up Friday, Sat and Sunday as far as I know. I am repairing 2 doors at the moment , when I patched it, it messed up 2 of the doors in the mod.

BTW, you know when it's online when you see the 'ONLINE' sticky. 99.9% of the time, it is now up.

Larry, you should join us! Have a big old party in Undermountain!

Well I not only patched to 1.30 but also picked up SOU recently so I can't get in until you upgrade.

I did have a suggestion though. I assume (when Europe catches up) you intend to modify the mod with SOU, thus leaving anyone who does not have it behind. Maybe you should just save your non-SOU server and, providing there is demand for it host that one at times too, know what I mean? This way if people who are trying out NWN's for the first time (or also for those who simply don't want to upgrade yet) wanna play the IW mod you can set a hosting date for the 'non-SOU' version. Couldn't hurt to have the old mod still around anyway eh?

Actually, what I am doing is running the SoU server on my Alienware durning the day (sometimes night) and running the NON SoU server on my 1.8Ghz Laptop. (hey, it handles it!) . (And yes, I bought 2 seperate copies of NWN, so I can host on one machine, and log in and PLAY on my server and not just DM) Which is really cool, and being on the LAN means 0 Ping

I've already been assimilating (heh) the Mod with the new toys in SoU. A lot of neat placeables too!!

I'd be interested in joining you as well, just not sure which char to run, should we set up a party so that all bases are covered? The last time we met, I was running my lvl 20 paladin, do we want to start lower than that, or try to keep all around the same. You can PM me to let me know, I have a rogue assassin, and a Ranger, as well, that have been through the mod, a couple of times each. Also have an Arcane Archer, that made it once. Let me know, either here, and I'll check here before I try to log on, or by private message, as I'll get an email alert when my sys boots up.

FLASH I have SoU and the 1.30 patch and I played all night tuesday from 8:30P.M. until 12:45 A.M. and the only problem that I had was I hit Delete - End and the "W" at the same time and my knight ran up a wall and half way through it and got stuck HA! HA! HA! It really sucks to have large fingers sometimes!
Right now it is about 20 minutes to 4:00 P.M. and I still have to work for three more hours befor I can go home and start MY VACATION YAAAAHOOOOOO!! So I will see who ever wants to meet on line tonight around 8:00 P.M. Atlantic Time or a little after that. Its Party time (as in RPG party). So everybody sharpen up your Swords & axes and get your bags of tricks ready for Battle. SEE everyone then!!
This Is going to be Fun!!!!!!!!
