i was wondering if anybody could tell me where the
exact location of the temple of tymora is and which priest
is the one that you can pick pocket for the manual of
wisdom

That particular manual of wisdom is part of a small quest in Baldur's Gate, so you might want to wait to pickpocket it until after you've finished the quest (you'll be stealing from someone else).

If you're evil enough, you can keep the book and still complete the quest, although you'll have to wait to get the quest first for it to work.

I think that particular Manual of Wisdom was always given away as part of a quest, and then I righteoulsy beat down a certain wench...he he he...
