i just tried to download DSotSC and it said
i have to be a member of fileplanet to download is there any way to download it without having to pay for a membership peace |

Yep, use a gamespy ID, the only downside is that you have to wait for your download and I'm willing to be that the waiting lines are only there to inconvenience you.

well i succesfully downloaded dsotsc but now i
can not install it when it asks to choose a destination for it the next button is not able to be pressed. peace |

Have you checked the readme file yet? I don't know if it comes with one personally, but most mod's/files of this nature have one. Also try asking in the BG:TotSC section of the forum, more people who know about this stuff. People like Dundee Slaytern and SixofSpades. Or even icelus, lots of helpful people here who don't frequent the General discussion forums.
