The only use I ever found for them was to sell them sorry I couldn't supply anything more elaborate.

I was wondering if maybe they could be used for traps or coating weapons or something. They seem too numerous to just be worthless. You can get one every time you kill a stinger scorpion man.

You can keep hold of them to make extra magical items later in the game.
Other items you can do this with include fairy dust, dragon blood, ironwood, skeleton knuckles etc - most of the items you collect off dead creatures that sell for 1-2 gold pieces. |

Where in the game can you use the poison glands for anything besides selling ?
