Actually, that name might be a bit misleading, I just wanted to share my joy!

For I, play this wonderful game on a 17 inch screen and 1,7GHz pc, and with it's 640x400 resolution, it's STILL fun to play, and not even too ugly!!!

Ahh, Khalid looks GOOD in full plate, and Minsc just kicks ass with a Two-Hander. Generally, the paper dolls look better, but the animations look much worse. That's a good enough tradeoff to me. I'm not even bothered with the slower walking rates. And, SLEEP is an all-powerful spell.

I play it on a Windows ME, 19 inch screen, 700 mhz, 64 mb ram and I don't see any problems with it at all. BG was created in 1998 or so, so your system is far better than what it was created to work on. I'd transfer all my BG games on to my Windows XP, but I don't want to slow this computer down.

I have the whole series installed. (Except the TosTC wich I have problems with)

I play games on this machine:

1.2 GHZ
256 RAM
GEforce 2 MX-400

I know that the system is a little old but I am not too much of a materilast. Unless when it comes to Adidas and/or Nike.

Oh dear, we have an old 433MHz machine that we use for word processing and BG1, but it's still ok. We have played so much that the CDs are nearly worn out and the CD-ROM drive has been replaced several times. Yet still we go on adventuring with our small friends, truely legends in our own lunch-time!
