I've gotten to the master's sanctum, and I can't kill the mithril golems. Is there actually a password for the keeper, or is it required to fight the golems?
I've sided with Ferron, and I went to talk to the demon-flesh golem. I can't beat him with all his minions around, and I don't want to kill Ferron, since I have a feeling it would turn out about the same. is there any way to negotiate? I've got a sword that gives +8 strength, but -4 dexterity, and I imbued it with acid power (+2d6). On the first floor, in that north room, magic animates the sword to attack me. It does 20-50 damage to me per hit, and is highly resistant to my attacks with the nearby longsword +2. Deekin seems more or less content to buff himself and sing during the battle. Can I get by the trap without losing or getting rid of my sword? |
