Did anyone else notice on baldurs gate2 during a loading screen it said "Play doesn't have to stop here you can transfer your chacter to neverwinternights" I have looked around in tha manual for how to transfer a charcter from bg2 to nwn.I Did not see anything. Anyone have any info on this?

NWN uses the 3E system, BG2 uses the 2E system. By the time you'd converted characters across, you would have the name and the portrait in common. SO they cut the import function from the game.
