I just updated my game and they changed the Item Levels somewhat, now you need to be level 26 to use Asheera's amulet. I tried using my exported wizard that was wearing the amulet, but it wouldn't work! Pritty cool.

I see. Maybe someday, somebody somewhere will be able to use it. Until then, we'll just have to sit and stare.

You can always disable the item level restrictions in the ini file. Also when the Underdark expansion comes out later this year you will be able to then.
