The smith in 1. chapter can make items....can that be done after chapter one also...I´m currently in chapter two....but I´m getting ready to move on with my 1 lvl fighter/12 lvl druid

IIRC there isn't a smith in chapter 2, but there is one in chapter 3.

Does he make the same items as the one in chpt 1?
Are there any more ingredients in the other chapters or do I have to find all in chpt 1?

Yes he makes the same items, from the recipe scroll you got in chapter 1, only more powerful (ie instead of +1, he makes +2 - NOT +3 so if you give him say, a +3 longsword, the longsword he makes will only be +2 so it's better to give him a +2 and not waste the +3 sword). You can find some of the extra items, but not all. For example, I think there's no adamantite after chapter 1.

Actually, you can have him make the +2 upgraded versions of the items from chapter 1 by just giving him a normal +1 weapon.
