Zhentil Keep

Is there a mod out there with Zhentil Keep made up? If so i'll download the maps for my own campaign for some friends (and probably post it online as well if it's good enough), but if there isn't, should I make it before it was destroyed, after, or both??? Feedback please? Oh and any tips would be more than welcome, cause it's not the place i'm most familiar with.

I am currently running a game, PBMB on ironworks roleplaying gaming forum. the story developed along the Zhentil Keep area. so I kinda learnt a few things about Zhentil Keep

as far as I see, you should make it before it was destroyed. Zhentil Keep was called "the Pride of the North", it was the most powerful stronghold in the moonsea area, the headquater of the black network (I believe you knew those). it would be very interesting to have the players visit this place, and witness its full glory. like the Gory-Monster Taven (reserved for Zhantarim humanoid troops, humans enter at the risk of his life), the Black Altar (of Bane), the Chembryl Tower, etc etc.

then, came the destruction of the Zhentil Keep, because Cyric was mad, maybe the player could be among one of the refugees. well, thats who I would like it

Ok kewl. I got the boxed set for it so i'll do it as best I can before and put the characters during the destruction if I can (hoohoo i got work to do then [img]tongue.gif[/img] ) Probably start it with the priests of Bane being replaced by the priests of Cyric when he took his place but before he went mad and destroyed the place [img]smile.gif[/img] thanks

ps any other tips from anyone still welcome [img]smile.gif[/img]

actually, there was an inquisition of Banite (bane followers) wide spread within the Keep before it was destroyed. I had no idea of the details though

Hmmm....well i'll read the sequels to the Avatar trilogy and the Ruins of Zhentil Keep boxed set thouroughly before writing up all the story details n stuff. Before that ill work on the maps [img]smile.gif[/img]

I started on it and the Foreign Ditrict is going allright, but i think itll need one or two more maps just for that cause its a little hard to align everything right but i did an east part to it, ill do centre and west, and probably wont be perfect but ill put all the key buildings in there at least at the right spots [img]smile.gif[/img]
