3RD EDITION CHARTS

Does the NWN manual list the extra abilities classes attain at certain levels?

For example the rogue's sneak attack and the fighter's extra attacks happen at which level. I remember looking through the manual and thinking those type things weren't listed level for level as they were in the BG manuals, but I'm at work now and can't check to make sure.

I'm now considered buying the 3rd Edition Player's Handbook to find out about the differences. I've always had the other books and found them invaluable tools for gaming. I never play PnP anymore, so I hadn't planned on buying the 3rd edition, but now I'm thinking I should. I know it's not necessary, but it would probably be informative and would stop me from wondering, "what's next".
