The once so highly esteemed Noober society has gone underground. This has not been an easy decision, but after having been a target of way too many rocks, this seems to be the only possible solution.

Nah, he didn't sound PO'd. It's more like the kindergarten teacher scolding a child for eating glue more than once. Kind but firm. plus a little bit of disbelief.
