I found this neat code dm_allspells 1, that gives u, have a guess, all the spells!!! But u can use it unless DebugMode 1 is on. So when DebugMode 1 is on, strange yellow squares (look like the red squares that appear when u detect a trap) appear. These squares sometimes dont let u pass them. Is there any possible way to put the all spells on without having DebugMode 1 on?

Sorry, but your character has to be a high enough level to cast spells you want. What you can do is to raise your character high enough in Cleric to get those type of spells and then take a class in sorceror or wizard. This will allow you to cast those type of spells from scrolls (kinda similar to how I am doing it with a Ranger). Then you can cast whatever spells that you have on scroll (I have casted Tenser's Transformation and it is awesome). Other than that, I don't know of another way. Even with use Magic Device (Thief), it will not allow you to use ALL scrolls/magic items. Just play around and give her a try. Once epic levels come out, you will be able to make your own spells, so you can go from there.

EDIT: Oh yeah, you can also run the DM_Client and as the DM, you can cast ALL spells (Ranger, Sorceror, Wizard, Cleric, Paladin). If all you want to do is see the spells, you can do this.
