1. What's the hotkey to see XY coordinates? (Brain fart)

2. When you exit the Nashkel mines and then go kill a certain assistant, what is the next major plot event driving your character forward? I mean, there's always the "let's explore every map" thing -- but what tells him where to go next plotwise?????

IIRC there's a scroll on his body which sets you off towards the Bandits and where they have their camp.

go back to naskel and speak to the major. then go to beregost and kill tranzig in the feldeposts in or else go to peldavle or larswood (i think its larswood) and say u want to join the bandits. this takes u to there camp. Good luck

I thought for BG, you pressed the L key. It might have just been the X key, or maybe control-x, my memory is a bit fuzzy since I never really used it

In BG the XY coordinates is the "L" key.

I once had only BG1: I used the L key.
I then added TotSG: Still I used the L key.
Now I have DSotSC: And (surprise) still I used the L key.

I think you can change which key to use in your configuration. Default for the above 3 setups seems to be the 'L' key.

-And the one thing that drives you further when killing the priest in the mines is: The letter you find in the stash. The letter from Tranzig, that says he will wait at the Feldepost Inn in Beregost.
