Howdy ya'll. I have an absolute piece of crud computer so I was just wondering what the recommended/required specs for NwN are. Can anyone fill me in?

I have a PII 400mhz
128mb ram
8 mb direct3D video card (my computer's main Achilles heel, and it's non-upgradable!! )

far too slow to adequately play a 3D game like NwN right? It was bad enough with Ultima 9 so I guess I'm out of luck here.

Not looking good, it might just run if you turn all the settings to minimum, but certainly it wont look to good.

Well, what can I say here... You can buy a new one?

Really, while you can tweak the features down on the game, like down to the minimum, it may still not run too well. Though it may run. But you will then miss all there is to see. Probably easier is to sell this one and grab new one. Yes, cash wise it's a hit at the wallet, but in the long run it will save you cash More and more good titles are coming out, and there's less and less chances that these will ever run on that one.

Thanks for the lowdown guys. I wasn't expecting much I would buy a new computer but I'm just a poor University student. Hardly have enough money to pay for rent and food as it is This computer was a gift from a few years back. I gotta say she has served me well. But, like all women, I'm gonna have to eventually trade in the tired, wrinkly old gal and get myself a new, sexy young model

heh heh
