In a tips post on creating a party Radek states that Int. plays a direct role in the number of skill points you get at Lvl up. eg Int.17-20 = 5 skill points and Int21-24 = 6 skill points. My Elf has changed classes twice from a Wizard (top level 13) to a Ranger & now has reached Lvl 13 as a Warlock. She has INT 22 and has yet to see 6 skill point when she get to match her old level as a Wizard. I think (but am not quite sure) that she had INT 21 as a Wizard getting it with an Ankh. She has just matched her old level & I wonder why she has not yet got 6 skill points? Maybe an old hand at this eg BSFTS or Bungleau can help clear up this mystery. Is it because she has reached her old Level but NOT surpassed it??

You need to surpass your old level.

Everybody of us writes nonsense sometimes The correct values of INT are:
INT 24: 6 skill points INT 20 - 23: 5 skill points INT 16 - 19: 4 skill points etc. This has been also published on the threads

The basic algorithm is INT/4. Divide INT by four, and that's the number of skill points you get for a new level. If you've been that level before, in any class, it's one skill point.
I think there's a bottom limit of two or three skill points, though... I'm sure Radek's post covers that ![]()
