Okay. Met Ragefeast. Convinced him to give up Abela. Met Ramazith. Told him I wasn't interested in breaking the law. Cleared the tower anyway. Found an unidentified tome on the top floor. My mage ran out of ID spells. Ah, well, next trip into a store or temple, I'll get it IDed. Next quest.

On the Zig-Zag Quest from Hell, Jalantha sent me to Lady's Hall for the book of wisdom. Turns out this book of wisdom is readable. I remember the tome I found in Ramazith's tower and asked the priest to identify it. I accidently identified the wrong book and read the wrong book.

When I go back to Umberlee's temple, Jalantha says I still need the book. But now that book only exists as one more point of wisdom on my future fighter/druid dual combo. She doesn't want Ramazith's book. Now what do I do? I'm a little rusty on the Marek/Lothander quest, so I don't know what I get in exchange for the book. A geas scroll? I have a mage that's just itching to kill the b* priestess of Umberlee...

Option 1: Reload and do it right, silly person.
Option 2: Collect a replacement in Chapter 6 (provided, of course, that you think you can do Chapter 6 and get back to BG city before the axe falls)
Option 3: If you have ToSC, go treasure-hunting.
[ADD] Option 4: Use Gatekeeper to hack yourself a spare Tome of Understanding, and drop yourself a WIS point.
