i read somewhere that when you complete a guild quest and the quest involes something you can keep such as the Band of Boars and you're playing without the patch you can keep the stuff. how the hell do you keep the stuff? i want to keep my assassin's dagger!!!!

If you are playing the game without the patch, then as you are talking to the npc, select your character and move the item to another player.. keep passing the item along.. ho hum..
