No, that isn't how you get his treasure.
You will find it by going into Anephas' Tomb/Temple of Isis and finding a special area where you can talk to Kerah. If you swim out from that area - topside you will find a chest - inside is the Leprechaun's treasure. Wyv |

It was an easy joy to kill the little bugger last evening. I buffed my Samurai up like mad - haste, heroic str, bloodlust, nimble... then I got my Warlock to zap the little guy as he appeared. The zap seems to stun him effectively. So I zap him about 2 to 3 times as I run up to him. Then I switch to my super buffed Samurai and left click like mad. If I find I'm not hitting him or he's starting to get away - I quickly switch back to zap, rinse and repeat.
I got him after 5 "appearances". 64,000+ exp per party member (6 in all) and a sweet staff to boot. Wyv is right though - you don't have to kill him - but the sheer pleasure is well worth the effort! *grin* Troll |
