I checked out the save that came with totsc and two characters have a ring of fire resistance called batalista's passport - or something like that.
Now, being an honourable rpg player, i didn't think it fair for me to export that char to get the ring(s), so i thought i'd ask you people, in the hopes you can tell me where it is so i can get it the legit way. Any ideas? Cheers, Moiraine Sedai

I know only of one, and that is down in the catacombs under Candlekeep.

There is another one in one of the outdoor area in the SE portion of the map. It'll be an area with some cliffs and such, the ring (along with a star sapphire, and I think something else) will be in a crack in one of the cliffs. It's very hard to find, like the Ankheg armor and Nashkel and the RoW in FAI.

- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - In the area East of Nashkel Mines at x=1956, y=2376 you'll find the ring of fire resist and two gems (iol gem and star sapphire)
