where is shandalars cloak i killed Dezkiel but he didn't have it were is it?

Don't want to give too much away, but if you clean out the whole area then the last Mage before the exit has the Cloak. Just keep exploring - everywhere.

Which kind of cloak is Shandalars Cloak. When I found it, I just delivered it to the mage, without identifying it first. Would it have been smarter just to keep it?
