If, for example, all my warriors are members of a guild do all of them have to select the quest(s) or is it enough just for one of them to select it?
One other thing, what's an effective way to gain some $$? I find myself spending a good chunk of change on identifying items and not having enough for much else. By the way, i'm still in the crypt portion.
last question: *grin* are gems something that i need to keep? i guess the question i should ask is whether the game will allow you to sell quest or special items. i've got several gems and i want to sell 'em for some extra cash.

- thank you...

1) For the town hall quests: everyone gets the quest if you're in the party. For the guild hall quests: each individual character must get the quest, and must receive credit for it individually (you do this by switching the active character in the guildhall). Annoying, but workable.

2) Assuming that you don't want to exploit the "Inn Gold Bug" feature of the unpatched version, a good way to raise money is to buy arrows and sell them back. They sell back for more than you bought them, so by buying and selling them, over and over, you can raise a bit of money.

3) Unless you have been specifically dispatched to bring back a gem or artifact from a quest, you can sell all the gems you find. Unfortunately, they probably won't bring much money...but every little bit helps.

4) Save money by not ID'ing items...most of the stuff you find around Valeia isn't worth ID'ing. Use your hard-earned money to buy guild membership and training for your forces instead. Eventually, you'll be able to learn the Ancient Lore trait, and then start studying the Artifacts skill, through one of your guilds.

Hope this helps!

I think converting to Warlock grants you this trait as well. Little tip: Only put one point in Artifacts (and others like Enchant, Bless) because you cannot start distributing points into them until you have a minimun of 1.

swavek,

The way to save money ID'ing items is to collect them all together before getting them ID'ed. You only pay the price for getting 1 ID'ed and all the same type are ID'ed for free. Before paying to have all your long swords ID'ed check to see how much it costs to have it identified as the same price means that you know which are the rusted ones and the good ones.
