Sorry to hear that tree-surfing was so unpleasant for you, Sharheim!
Sounds like you haven't got used to it yet. To avoid getting stuck in the trees - jump, jump and jump! Basically, all I had to do for successful tree-surfing - jump&rum and run&jump. Actually I even enjoyed it - two careless elves jumping on tops of the trees...
But, of course, if you do not like it - simply complete Shrine of Anephas to get to Enchanted Sea
Good luck,
Tanda

Hihi Tanda I know english is not your first language so I just wanted to let you know uhh that would be "Carefree elves" the careless ones would be the ones falling down into the cracks The only reason I mention it is that MY characters are the careless elves..can't seem to do anything right

LoL! MagiK, yes, I should have used "carefree" in that post - these elves are carefree when they're jumping on the trees
But generally... I realize now that they are absolutely careless - they are careless when going down any ladder, falling down and SCREAMING, they are careless when one of them is casting a spell killing the other one... And there are numerous traps, of course - two curious elves always have troubles with them!
Do you know what you've done, MagiK? You have cruelly broken my illusions making me understand that my party is actually careless!

LOL Tanda ohh how many times have I fried my own party when I was up close and personal with a bunch of bad guys and forgot the mage was set to cast an area affect spell? Not to mention that even though I can now on occasion descend ladders safely, I still have a 65% fall and SPLAT ratio My careless elves are an HMO's worst nightmare (thats a "health maintenance organization", for those who don't know) Now my party carries a gallon drum of disinfectant and a pack full of bandaids.

So don't worry Tanda your party is no more careless thany any of us other clutzes out there wandering the Gael Serran
