stopped crashing but....

I got the game to stop crashing by using the delete tree command in windows then
installed windows again but. The game drags and skips with the music.
I moved my sb live card to another slot but no good same problem.
I still think the dragging has to do with my nvida card with the 650 drivers.
Any sb live problems out there. Im using live ware 3.0. Any one have a different version driver that works. If so please post that version.
I can play the game but it is unstable. At the very least I stopped the crashes.

ath 750
nvida 650
sb live live ware 3.0
128meg of ram
direct x 7.0

Hi,
Take out the 3.0 software and just install the drivers for your live card. Make sure you use the latest VIA 4in1 drivers if you have a VIA chipset on your mommyboard. I am running an old TNT 2 Ultra video card with the latest drivers 12.41. Give them a try. I hope you know how to install the new drivers...if you don't completely remove the old drivers before installing the new ones you will have a mess. If you need help there let me know.

Hey nastyman welcome to the board.
Isn't the 1250 drivers for dir x 8.0 or does that matter.
When I get home tonight Im going to take out all the live ware b.s. and just install the drivers for my sound card and see if that helps.
