I can't seem to find Brahmar (the Bandit King). The town hall said that he was last spotted around Dragonspire, but I have looked and looked for him, to no avail. Any idea where he might be would be appreciated.

He's usually found on the path on the other side of the Spire - on the way to Brimloch Roon.
