I don't remember exactly how many you need, but there are plenty around (if you run out go to the rooms above the place where Anephas' ashes go and you'll find more). What goes on the table where the light is a silver miniature obelisk you find when you go the Kerah. The other obelisks won't work until then and you have to position them just right to get the beam to focus where it's supposed to.

The small obelisk that you get from Kerah's room is the one you place on the holy pedestal where the light shines on it - this light then reflects to the other larger obelisk that you find throughout the temple. You must postion them to shine on the ashes while placed on the tomb. Hope this answers your questions.

Kerah's room is underwater. One can enter it by pushing away one of the big statues in the room with Altar and following passage opened in such way. (SW statue, as far as I remember - I've completed the Shrine yesterday )
Hope to be of any help

Hey Mr-Eiz! Did you find Kerah's room and the little obelisk? Let us know, okay? This was one of my favorite puzzels, moving the obelisk to reflect the light to shine on the next one until it reaches the tomb. Probably some folks didn't like it. . .

Take the SE passage from the altar room (you have to move a statue to do so). Solve the door puzzles so you can get to the room furthest south (has water crossing the room). There is an altar with a chest to the left. In the chest is a figurine. Place the figurine on the altar and a pillar (JUMP ON TOP of it) rises out of the water and takes you up to see Kerah.
Examine the Portal there to get the Obelisk of Light.

Swim out the sides of Kerah's area to solve the Leprechaun quest.

Good luck!
