So...here i am at the end of the serpent temple and i am having very bad luck in my fight against elisa and the priests...i sometimes manage to wipe out most of the priests but i keep getting killed by all these spells...any good strategy suggestions? my fire spells seem to have no effect...

What i do, is i run in, and kill elisa with my melee fighters, then run back into the small hall way where the elevator took you up, heal up and then fight the priests. It seems to work well, make sure you grab what elisa drops before you run though. I found out that none quest stuff like money will disaper if you leave it on the ground to long. Good luck!

Try using stone spells instead, like Elemental Blast, they seem to be rather effective. Another thing is to make sure you get back into the narrow hallways where they can only come in one at a time and roast 'em. After you take care of the priests, simply weaken Elyssia with some spells and then get into melee combat and take her down. That's how I beat her, but I died my first couple of tries too. Good luck in destroying the Serpent Cult.

Okay -
Hope you saved your game before the fight starts! Don't wait for her to finish her little speech - attack her right away - use a long range spell and keep yourself back in the corridors so you can duck behind the walls for cover when needed! To attack her early - remember to use the Control key to target her! GOOD LUCK!!!!! Wyv |

when i fought her i found that most of the priests are to stupid to get back out of the hall if you run in there and they run in after you. and if she go in the little halls with them most of the time she got stuck...for me anyway

1. Kill Ellysia as fast as possible and pick up the staff (it vanishes if you let it be).
2. Run back to the narrow corridor leading to the hall and equip a Witch Stick. 3. The priests will queue up in the corridor. This allows you 2 things: a) Take them one by one standing behind a corner. The rest of them have to wait. b) Put in sleep the leading priest and heal yourself. |
