I must be blind, but no matter what I do I can't find this mail box I'm supposed to deliver the blasted woman's message to. She said just inside the cave, but I didn't see anything. Are we talking before or after you load the Dragonspire dungeon?

Cross over the rope bridge through the door on the far side - just to your right as you enter!

You have to load the dungeon, go across the rope bridge, and enter the 2nd door. It should be just around the corner to the right.
If you don't have the Dragon Plate Armor there...don't go further! -Sazerac |

That wasn't clear enough - you will have to load the dungeon to have the door on the far side of the bridge open.
