lost in serpent temple

Uh......Help.....I have beat Xydusa or whatever the first critter is in the serpent temple is after answering Xydusa's questions. Now I am just wanderin around lost. I found a skeleton keyhole, but where is the key? Guidance anyone?

Once you answer Xydusa's questions correctly the door inside the big snake head should have opened allowing you access to the Naga herself...did you walk in there and push the button/pull the lever?

Some people get stuck here...save your game first if you have not yet.

Whereabouts is the keyhole you found?

If you have already gone down the chute and fought the Naga, then you are on the right track. The skeleton lock requires a skull key to open it. Go to the Lift Maze and follow it around until you get the north lift in the NE room to operate. Taking the North lift will take you to a new NPC that has a key for you...

*looking at my cheat page...*(cheat walk through..don't read if you want to wonder around and find it on your own)
If you went into the snake door and droped down, killed the snakes in that room then went into the room and killed the nasty Naga you then....
flip the lever on the back of the round obelisk and take the south exit.Go east and down and flip the lever above the fountain. ( if you drink that water it will cure any poison you have in you...take a few drinks, not just one). Go up and west,at the first 'T' go north. then west. then north past the locked room, east, north,and east to the First Elevator room. Take the north elv. down, follow the corridor and go up to the second elv.room. Take the west elev. down, follow the corridor through the gallery room and take the elv. up to the 3rd elv. room. take the east elv. down, follow the corridor and take the elv. up to the 4th elv. room. Throw the south swith and return to the 2nd elv. room. take the now working north elv. up, follow the corridor and fall down the slide to the serpent masters room. Kill him and get the serpent masters key.
