where do I find Jethil??

I can't find Jethil to give him some letter to compleat a quest

Jathil is usually found near the gravestones in the far west of the Shire and NW of the burnt body of Grundel. He wanders quite a bit, though, plus you must approach him fairly closely before he'll talk to you.

Yeah his territory stretches from as far south as the start of the Stout mine path and all the way up to the Dragon Spire. Once you find him you will find him again and again and again.

Best strategy I've found to do...stand in his path and let him tromp by you; same as I did with Mekdawa. You can literally spend an hour or so trying to "catch" these roving NPCs...well, at least Jathil STOPS to talk to you, LOL!
