Hi Just wondering about in the six different classes of spells...
whats does the artifact spell do? and how do you use it? |

The artifcat spells are not used in combat or outside the villages. They are used in the temples or magic shops for blessing or increasing the enchants on your weapons and armour. Each spell class has an enchant spell, you cannot improve your weapons without them.

and that different spell classes have different enchanting properties?
when you have learnt the spell, then you can enchant objects? |

Yes. Some give Toughen, some give Fire Protection, Ice Protection, Hit, etc.
