Pull the lever that was behind Scabban, then dive in all the way down. Swim through the tunnel and back up again. Look for a gold key and open all the vaults. Pull the lever raise the grate and out you go!

pull the lever behind scabban, jump in the hole, swim trought the underwater tunnel to the tombs, get the underwater key ,open nivius tomb (and the others for treasure) talk to nivius, take the mavin signet,pull the underwater lever,and exit!
