The 1st Armoury Quest says go to toad village to see if they want war, but i go there and talk to the shaman shinwiki but their are no relevant dialogue lines. Do i need to talk to someone else , one of the toad people (the indoor horticulturalist for example) or do i just kill everything to make sure or am i just expected to visit the village and thats all. Thanks

That first toad you meet when you come in, he tells you to Halt and the like. His name sounds like Ukabu, but I can't think of it. He is the key to solving the quest.

Mekdawa is found West of Valiea. You might also have a quest to give him a potion. He'll give you additional information on how to solve your "war" quest!

The first toad is Ekbu, but you do need to talk to Shinwiki to finish the warroir's quest. I believe any topic will do, but to be save just talk about all topics available. The warroir guild will be satisfied then.
