This has surely been asked before, but I couldn't fine it...
1) Staffs of Summoning and Serpent's Staffs seem to be good weapons but they're cursed. Is there any way to un-curse them?
2) Are voodoo dolls good for anything? I've found a dozen, but what to do with them remains a mystery.
3) Can Warlocks ever lean weapons skills? I've a chacter who was a Priest (with Mace skill only), now as a Warlock he can use a Pole, but he's inept with it. Any suggestions?

Thanks to all!!!

Cursed items are forever cursed I've found that some curses are not so bad though when your character gets to higher levels.
Voodoo Dolls cast a spell - INVOKE them - forget which spell will have to look that up - but it's for baddies, not you!
Warlocks can learn other weapon skills but which weapons they can use is restricted - mace/pole/staff. Train them to get better at these - how to do that? Take an ascention quest that will allow your Warlock to join the Fighters' Guild, join and then go back and cancel the quest. They will now be able to get training at the armory!

Specifically, in amendment to Wyvern's post: have your Warlock take the Samurai ascension, then join both the Warrior and Bushi Dojo guilds in Ishad N'ha, then cancel the ascension. Warlocks can learn Kung Fu, but the only place to train for that is at the Bushi Dojo.

Of all the staves I found, only one type is not cursed "Staff of Wails" (good stats on it) and I only found 2. But if your warlock wear some item with regen, then the poison damage from the other staves is not really that bad.
(My elf ran around with the cursed 2-handed Sword of Doom for most of BR, cursed weapons can very well be used - but save before equipping them, just in case the effect is to severe.)
