HELP! I have raised Anephas and have found the lift at the back of the temple that is suppose to take you to the Lost Sea area (I think?) but I can't get it to work? Is there a button or switch somewhere that I am missing?

There is a rope that hangs down beside the lift. You need to click on this. This takes you up and down. I only just completed this part last night.
