i have talked with kerah..set the ligth and ressurected anephas..and got told of the portal of isis which i activated..and got told about collasium and the 3 tablets..but where to get out?..ive gotten back to the entrance..but i cant come out that way

Don't go back that way - Anephas said he opened a door for you. There is a passage that leads off to the right for his altar - go that way.

Go find the hydra, Bloodbeard & collect your seashells for breathing equipment for the collasium. You need to use the back door of the pyramid (which I missed the first time). Use create portal when you exit the pyramid & town gate to get back to Brimloch Roon. Otherwise it's a long trek back through the pyramid.
