Can you please tell me where this vampire is actually located. I have searched high and low for this vampire and was not successful. I was told that she is in the vault somewhere. Where in the vault? I already have the staff of death and all the keys needed. Your help is greatly appreciated. Thanks.

The vampire maddig is in the subdungeon. It is off a room you get to by going up the ramp in the room with whirling blades. She is obvious when you explore the subdungeon. You open her door with the Lich's staff.
The vampire adrianna is at the end of one of the underwater tunnels you swim through after turning right at the stairs that lead down to the Lich. For full play of the game you should accept her quest before going after maddig. |

The entrance to the subdungeon is through a locked gate directly under the front door. You will get the key from the lich when you accept his quest to get the relic which is down there.
