Yup, there's one. Latest version is beta 5 I think.

Some have had bugginess issues after using it. I used it to get some spell scrolls for my mage (isn't IWD2 bereft of good scrolls, folks?) and to adjust some stats for the characters, and it has caused no probs (as yet). |

I've never had a problem with it, and I must say that IMHO the "bugginess" that people have encountered is more likely due to misuse rather than the program itself. DaleKeeper2, like the original DaleKeeper, must be used very carefully to avoid messing up the very complex interaction of variables that the game involves.
So, yeah, you can make your level 1 Bard a level 10 Bard via DaleKeeper2, and give him/her War Chant of the Sith immediately, but if you don't also give the appropriate XP (which you'd have to do the math to know), then yes, the game is likely to get confused when you reach 2000 points and it's supposed to make you level 11. Or you could give your Paladin some Barbarian levels, or change his/her alignment to Chaotic Good so that the game would allow you to multi him/her to a Barbarian on the next level up, despite the fact that a Paladin/Barbarian is an illegal character, as is a Chaotic Good pure Paladin. But without also having Weimer's Ease-of-Use "no class restrictions" mod-- which basically makes the illegal character legal-- it's not surprising that the game might have an issue with a character outside its accepted parameters. To me, the problem is more that it's very hard to know precisely what the "accepted parameters" are for any given variable that you might change, as well as the accepted parameters for all the variables that the original variable is connected to. But if you don't do anything wild, or do your research and math before making sweeping changes, DaleKeeper 2 works very well. It's also very useful for fixing mis-rolled characters, (relatively) quickly upgrading new importable characters to replace ones you don't want anymore (sparing you the trouble of starting over when you were already in Chapter 3), and checking inventory, character and spell information for whatever reason without booting up the game.
